Choose your favourite way to get moving and to sweat it out! Exercise is crucial in getting blood circulation to your body, including the skin! You can also try out facial exercises to firm up facial muscles, increase blood circulation and improve lymphatic drainage.
#6: Clock In Your Zzzz’s
Your skin needs to rejuvenate and repair itself, daily. Want to wake up with your skin glowing? Go to bed slightly earlier and keep the dark circles at bay.
#7: Wear Sunscreen Everyday
Indoors or outdoors – this one is a definite MUST and is one of your most fundamental skincare tip for anti-aging that you can receive. Wearing a sunscreen helps protect and prevent cell damage and in turn, skin aging.
