For orders below RM88, the shipping fee is RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia.

Exchanges of product purchased may be accepted only due to the physical damage of item purchased.

Should there be a damage of the item(s) purchased, please contact us at “Chat With Us” bottom right on website OR email to hello@goeskincare.com regarding the damaged goods together with a photograph of damaged item(s) within 14 days from the date of receiving items. Exchange items are to be sent back to us at the customer’s own cost and once item is received, a new replacement will be re-sent to the customer.
