Essential Oil Contents:  Lemongrass, Tea Tree, Peppermint

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts carefully derived from flowers, leaves, roots and resins. Through methods such as steam distillation, the natural aromatic compounds of the plant are captured in their purest form. Used in aromatherapy, essential oils help create a calming, uplifting or revitalising atmosphere, supporting everyday wellness rituals at home.

In a diffuser or aromatherapy Burner: Add 5-6 drops into water diffuser or aromatherapy burner.

Other Uses:
1. Inhalation - Open the essential oil bottle cap and place it close to your nose. Breathe in gently to inhale in aroma of essential oils.

2. Applying on Skin - Dilute 2-3 drops of essential oil with carrier oil (plant oil like grape seed oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil) or lotion before applying onto skin.

3. Aromatherapy Burner - Add 5 drops of essential oil to the oil burner and light a tealight candle at the bottom to warm the essential oils for aroma.

4. Steam Inhalation: Place a few drops of essential oil into a bowl of hot water and gentle inhale the steam. Place a towel over your head. Be careful as the steam may be hot.
