Due to the natural origin of our ingredients, there may be variations in appearance and texture between batches. This is completely normal and doesn’t in any way affect the performance or efficacy of the product. It is normal to find fine tiny white crystals on the top dispenser pump. This is normal for products with a shelf life exceeding 1.5 years from manufactured date. This is due to the interaction of Tea Tree Oil (a highly active ingredient) that may seep through the rubber dispenser pump. The interaction of the tea tree oil with the oxygen may cause white crystals to form. This does not affect the quality and performance of the product. We recommend wiping off the fine white crystals with a damp tissue.
