Don’t be surprised if you find your skin moving towards being more dry or oily as you age! Being constantly aware of your skin’s needs (and your lifestyle) will help you make better choices for your skincare. Choose your favourite way to get moving and to sweat it out! Exercise is crucial in getting blood circulation to your body, including the skin! You can also try out facial exercises to firm up facial muscles, increase blood circulation and improve lymphatic drainage.
